- Process Optimisation - Aligning processes with the desired outcome of the client;
- Software Asset Management (SAM) Maturity Assessment - Based on the Microsoft SAM Optimization Model (SOM), MEK Holdings have developed a more intensive model that takes a deeper dive and assists clients in improving their SAM Maturity with clear indicators on the current state of each metric and what needs to be improved in each area.
Digital Transformation
Over and above the Assessment Services, MEK Holdings assists clients chart a course towards Digital Transformation. The roadmap that we give clients charts the course for the Transformation aspect of Digital Transformation ensuring that the technology deployed is in response to the journey the client is on.
